I’ve also tried to do my bit, especially during lockdown, by uploading a chair yoga session for the elderly. It’s so important for them to move and maintain their muscle but people sometimes only see working out or exercise as something only 20 and 30 something people do to keep looking good. Not like a huge thing for health reasons.

Glad to hear. Exercising during lockdown is so rewarding from so many different perspective. The physicality is the initial gain, but mentally one feels more connected to self on a social level. Being quarantined, sitting around or being too…
