I’ve been through Binge Eating myself, and thankfully made a full recovery. The book ‘Overcoming Bing Eating’ by Dr. C. Fairburn was a big help in my journey, I would recommend you that book. It focuses on understanding where it comes from, and slowly how to change our thought and behavioural patterns. There’s also a lot of info on the ‘Anti-diet’ movement which helps a lot for anyone suffering with the idea that food or our size defines us in any way :)
